We set prices on our wedding cakes by the number of event guests, with a base starting price of $8.50 per person. Multiple flavors of mousse or filling on separate cake tiers will incur an extra $1.00 per person fee. Extra charges may apply for more complex designs, sugar flowers, lace detailing or any other additions that require extra labor. Our smallest 2 tier cake serves 20 guests and is priced accordingly (20 X $8.50 = $170 minimum) and the smallest 3 tier serves 30.

There is a $50 delivery and set up fee for valley locations in the Vail Valley. On mountain deliveries (Game Creek Club, Allie's Cabin, Beano's Cabin, etc.) are $100, Piney River Ranch is $175 for delivery and winter snow cat deliveries are $150. Your cake will arrive 1-2 hours before the reception begins. Please note that cakes for Saturday and Sunday events during our high season (June 1st-October 1st) incur a $400.00 minimum.

Steamboat Springs and Aspen, CO/Roaring Fork Valley Deliveries are possible on a cake by cake basis, please inquire.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due six (6) weeks before the wedding day. Please note that while your date is documented, it is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Modifications to cake specifications and/or number of guests can be made until two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event, at which time the final non-refundable payment is due. If there are changes from the original estimate in number of guests or design, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment can be mailed to us at PO Box 4749, Eagle, CO 81631 via cash or check. We can also accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or AmEx.
