We set prices on our wedding cakes by the number of event guests, with a base starting price of $7.50 per person. Multiple flavors of mousse or filling on separate cake layers will incur an extra $1.00 per person fee. Extra charges may apply for extraordinarily complex designs.
The $50 delivery fee is waived for weddings with 150 or more guests. Your cake will arrive 1-2 hours before the reception begins. Please note that cakes for Saturday and Sunday events during our high season incur a $400.00 minimum.
Steamboat Springs and Aspen, CO orders are subject to a $500 minimum order and incur a $75 delivery charge.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due six (6) weeks before the wedding day. Please note that while your date is documented, it is not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Modifications to cake specifications and/or number of guests can be made until two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event, at which time the final non-refundable payment is due. If there are changes from the original estimate, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.
Payment can be mailed to us at P O Box 4749, Eagle, CO 81631 via cash or check. We can now also accept payment via Visa or MasterCard.
